NCART is a national association of suppliers and manufacturers of Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) used by individuals with significant disabilities and chronic medical conditions. CRT includes individually configured manual and power wheelchairs, seating and positioning systems, and other adaptive equipment. NCART’s mission is to ensure that federal, state and private coverage policies allow for individuals to have appropriate access to this specialized equipment and supporting services.
