Part 1: Basic Training

Basic Training introduces everyone to the new software, and provides training based on each group's job responsibilities. We can provide practice exercises after each session so users can enter transactions in the demo system. Your online basic training instructor will work with you to schedule training sessions around your employees daily work load.

User training is provided in lessons to select groups including:
-CRM
-Sales
-Services
-Scheduling
-Purchasing/Receiving
-Inventory Management
-Ivoicing
-Recurring billing
-AR & Collections


Part 2: Golive Countdown

We provide detailed practice before the golive day. Your users enter daily transactions in a training company containing your data. This allows your employees to practice all their daily transactions in the new system, so you know you are ready for the golive.

-Scheduled hands-on training in practice sessions
-Participants are encouraged to ask questions
-The program may be adjusted to fit the individual needs of specific users


Other training provided includes:

-Ongoing training for new employees and changes in user responsibility
-On-site training for customers using our consulting services to streamline their operations
